She also handles refinances, construction loans and manufactured housing closings and is an expert at transferring and surrendering mobile home titles.

Francine is married to Tim Mitchell, owner and president of A & M Custom Homes, Inc. Together with their two girls, Alyssa and Nicole, they have lived in Wake Forest since 1998.
