She handles refinances, construction loans and manufactured housing closings and is an expert at transferring and surrendering mobile home titles.

Francine is married to Tim Mitchell, owner and president of A & M Custom Homes, Inc. Together with their two girls, Alyssa and Nicole they have lived in Wake Forest since 1998.
